STAGES
Stage 1 (2024-2025): Achieving 2024’s targets and preparing the support for the LHC research program in 2025;
Stage 2 (2025): Enhancing RO-LCG’s integration into WLCG’s data processing and analysis flows;
Stage 3 (2026): Streamlining the processing of data produced in Run 3 and adapting the infrastructure to LS3 computing requirements.
ACTIVITIES
Each stage involves 6 main activities (A1-A6) described below:
- A1 - Management, development, operation and maintenance of the RO-LCG infrastructure
- A2 - Procurements, installation and commissioning of hardware resources
- A3 - Adoption of new technology, software development and technological updates
- A4 - Dissemination, collaboration and outreach
- A5 - Technical support and training
- A6 - Administrative and technical management of the project
